Kelli Fontana Vogelgesang

Kelli Fontana Vogelgesang graduated with honors from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2003. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for interior design led her to own and manage her own interior design firm as principal designer of Magnolia Pair Interior Design, a boutique design firm founded in Naples, Florida. In 2014, an opportunity arose to join her husband, Rick Vogelgesang, of WEST BAY HOMES. As Rick re-established practicing business in the west metro of the Twin Cities, their boutique firm would benefit from Kelli’s expertise in residential design and Kelli’s objective to bring ease and elegance to living. Rick and Kelli’s talents and backgrounds thrived in developing custom new construction homes and large-scale remodeling projects together under one firm. Kelli’s inherently keen eye for timelessly captivating home design is infused into WEST BAY HOMES custom build projects from the floor plans to the door hardware selections, and everything in between. Kelli consults and develops distinctive luxury estate homes around the country. A lifestyle curator, product designer, interior designer, and real estate visionary, Kelli injects beauty into all that she creates.

Halle Peterson is a graduate from Drake University with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations. Through her internships, she has developed a strong background in market research, social media planning, and digital content creation. Halle has a creative eye for design and holds strong attention to detail. She appreciates the art of interior design and understands what building a brand truly entails.

Mitch Nelson

Born and raised in Minnesota, Mitch has a great love for his home state and the uniqueness that each area has to offer. Mitch graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. While working and traveling internationally throughout his corporate career, Mitch also managed to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas. With these accomplishments, Mitch could not ignore his passion for luxury homes and real estate. He has taken this long-standing passion and entrepreneurial drive to the real estate market, further diversifying his broad work experiences. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his varying academic degrees and corporate roles into this new endeavor. His widespread experience in the medical device industry along with his attention to detail provides a unique perspective and an edge in the real estate industry.

Kailey Tellin is currently enrolled at The University of Minnesota for her degree in interior design. Kailey is a design assistant at WEST BAY HOMES and enjoys immersing herself in both local and out of state luxury home projects while acquiring real world experience in a multitude of disciplines within the industry of residential design.
