Developer | Designer

Kelli Vogelgesang graduated with honors from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2003. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for interior design led her to own and manage her own design firm where she became illustrious with her colorful and enviable clientele. In 2012, business continued to thrive as she entered a business partnership and rebranding process. Kelli remained principal designer and owner of magnolia pair interior design, a boutique design firm specializing in chic interiors founded in Naples, Florida. In 2014, opportunity arose with the decision to join her husband, Rick Vogelgesang of WEST BAY HOMES. As Rick re-established practicing business in the west metro of the Twin Cities, he saw tremendous value and benefit to Kelli’s expertise in residential design. The move resulted in a dream come true--fusing their talents and backgrounds to produce custom new construction homes and large-scale remodeling projects under one firm. With over a decade devoted to her craft, Kelli brings a bold, yet, considered eye--from conception to completion.

"Forget white enameled trim and soft gray walls. And that risk you took with contrasting blue on the kitchen island? Take one look at the house at 3516 Rainbow Drive in Minnetonka and suddenly that blue island just won't seem that brave."
